Abayomi Olumade SOFOLUWE is a Professor in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin with 26 years university teaching, research, and administrative experience.

He has served as Head of Department as well as member and chairperson of many University committees. His areas of research interest cover Educational Planning and Human Resource Management. He has to his credit over 60 publications in reputable home-based, national and international outlets covering Journals, Edited Conference Proceedings and Chapters in Books. He has successfully supervised more than 45 Masters Dissertations and 6 Ph.D. theses. Professor Sofoluwe is a member of many professional associations within and outside Nigeria and a member of Editorial Boards of many journals both within and outside the University of Ilorin.
