Patricia Agnes Ovigueraye ETEJERE is a Reader in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State. She has eighteen years of experience in university teaching, research and administrative service.

She has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses with research interests in Higher Education, Human Resources Management, Gender Studies and Educational Planning. Apart from the fact that she has served as Acting Director in the Centre for Supportive Services for the Deaf of the University of Ilorin, she has also served in various university committees over the years. Dr. Patricia Etejere has to her credit   47 publications in reputable local, national and international outlets. She has also supervised over 20 Masters dissertations and 1 PhD thesis. Dr. Etejere is a member of professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
