Dr. Omosidi is a Reader in the Department of Educational Management, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His research interest is Educational Planning/Finance with a bias in teaching of Quantitative Methodologies and Statistical Methods in Educational Research.

He has over 50 publications, and has supervised 1, co-supervised 3 and currently supervising 3 Ph.D. students. He has examined over 10 Ph.D. students, supervised 20 Masters Dissertations and over 170 undergraduate projects. He is a member of various committees both in the Department and Faculty. He is formerly the Postgraduate coordinator in the Department of Educational Management. He is a member of National Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP); Member, Mathematics Association of Nigeria (MAN); Member, British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), UK; Member, European Centre for Research Training and Development, UK, and Member, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). He is happily married with children.
