Dr. Nimota Jibola Kadir ABDULLAHI, is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin. Nigeria. Her areas of research interest cover management, administration and planning, human resource management, ICT, and economics of education. She has to her credit over seventy (70) publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceeding and chapters in books. She has attended conferences at both the national and international levels. Dr. Nimota Jibola Kadir belongs to numerous professional associations both inside and outside of Nigeria. Hails from Ilorin west Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria. She is happily married with children.
