Abdulmumin Abubakar Lawal is a reader in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He joined the service of University of Ilorin in 2011 as Assistant Lecturer and he has served as Level Adviser, Post-graduate Seminar Coordinator, Sandwich Programme Coordinator as well as several committees at Departmental, Faculty and University levels. He belongs to many professional organizations and his area of research interest covers Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and Community Relations. He has to his credit over forty publications in Local, National and International reputable outlets. He has successfully supervised many Masters Dissertations and he is a member of many professional bodies.
